Tara is a wife, mother and rancHER, who along with her Other Half is busy raising kids, raising cattle and living life on a beef cattle ranch in southwest Saskatchewan. Her family is proud to be a part of the beef industry beef industry and want to share with readers a little bit about beef production, and why Canada is home to some of the highest quality cattle, and safest sustainable beef, in the world! 4H Thank You!

The 2022-23 4H season was a fun one for Ash, Cameron, & Jaime Davidson. They are proud members of the Mankota 4H Beef Club, and showed ranch-raised Gelbvieh-cross market steers and purebred Gelbvieh heifers at their local and regional Achievement Days.

Big thanks to Thibault’s Auto Ltd. of Ponteix, SK for their purchase of Jaime’s first 4H steer “Cash.”

Thank you very much to Nodge Manufacturing of Swift Current, SK for their purchase of Cameron’s steer “Unstoppable.”
